Capital Blue Cross Expands their PNet Implementation Pennsylvania Health Care organization to roll-out PNet to employees Red Bank, NJ January 5, 2004. Capital Blue Cross, headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has over 2,000 employees. Capital Blue Cross has interfaced PNet eProcurement software with their Oracle Financials suite. The roll-out to Capital Blue Cross employees will begin in the first quarter of 2004.
