Scott Buoy
CEO

Scott joins Versata and PurchasingNet as a seasoned executive with diverse experience in the technology, alternative energy and financial services industries. Most recently Scott was serving as the CEO of an alternative energy company he co-founded, focused on the development of technology solutions for the biofuels industry. Scott led all company efforts with a particular focus on strategy formation as well as new business and corporate development.

Scott learned the technology business during his tenure as an implementation consultant, pre-sales engineer, and account executive with three enterprise software companies. In addition to his enterprise software background, Scott has held positions with Goldman Sachs and Arthur Andersen. Scott holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Andy Price
CFO

Andrew Price serves as Chief Financial Officer of Versata, Inc. and responsible for the organization’s global financial management activities and executing a strategy of profitable and sustained growth.

Prior to joining Versata, Andrew served in a series of increasingly responsible management positions including Director of Product Management for the global enterprise software company Trilogy Inc.

Andrew holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Rice University.

Linda Swenarton
Director of Customer Support

Ms. Swenarton is responsible for the Customer Support Team at PurchasingNet. Ms. Swenarton started with PurchasingNet in 1991 as a Customer Support Representative. Over the past 18 years, Ms. Swenarton has been responsible for maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining PurchasingNet, Ms. Swenarton worked at the Department of Army - Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) on the CECOM Automated System for Procurement (CASPR) project.

Ms. Swenarton works with the Professional Services Group during implementations and is responsible for the on-going support of every account after implementation. Ms. Swenarton and her team were recent recipients of CIO Magazine's prestigious 'CIO 100 Award' for excellence in customer service. Additionally, her team received high marks in a recent Customer Satisfaction Survey of PurchasingNet’s client base. On a scale of 1-to 10 (with 10 being best), PurchasingNet clients rated their satisfaction with Support at 9.4. Over 90% of respondents reported that PurchasingNet’s Client Support exceeded their expectations.

Ms. Swenarton holds an M.S. Ed. from Temple University and a B.S. in Education from Villanova University.
